The Customer Representative will be responsible for the preparation, and completion of our sales and customer initiatives in the local area. Customer Representative Primary Duties:
Actively engage with potential customers through direct outreach and engagement Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our clients offerings, including wireless plans, devices, and features, to effectively communicate benefits to customers. Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to finalizing their accounts. Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional events to raise awareness about our clients products and services. Track and report sales activities, customer interactions, and enrollment metrics to assess performance and contribute to team goals.
Customer RepresentativeKey Traits:
Excellent communication skills in multiple avenues (written and verbal). Ability to assume leadership responsibilities with minimal supervision. Demonstrated organizational skills, work planning, and forward-thinking. Ability to adapt, accept, and promote changes while contributing to a team-centered environment. Ability to follow and promote company policies and procedures. At least some experience in a customer facing role is preferred but not required. Reliable transportation to on-site locations in addition to our office required. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
