At CommuniCare, we specialize in providing compassionate, evidence-based rehabilitation services for individuals recovering from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Our mission is to restore hope and maximize quality of life through customized care plans, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a deep commitment to patient-centered outcomes. We are expanding our outreach and admissions efforts and are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Admissions Coordinator to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Marketing & Admissions Coordinator to serve as a key liaison between our facility and the community. This role is primarily remote but requires local residency near Clearwater, FL to facilitate occasional on-site engagement events, community outreach, and professional networking . This position supports the admission process by providing tours to referrals and potential stakeholders. The role requires enrolling in events related to the TBI industry, such as the Brain Injury Awareness Programs, Michigan Auto No-Fault Seminars & Conferences and Workers Comp Communities. It also involves coordinating the admission process, gathering medical records and scripts for service. Some evening and weekend events will be required as part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and referral sources. Coordinate and track the admissions process from initial inquiry to intake. Develop and implement local marketing strategies to promote services and increase brand visibility. Organize and attend community outreach events, professional conferences, and networking opportunities. Maintain CRM systems, referral databases, and marketing analytics. Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to ensure alignment between admissions goals and service delivery. Prepare marketing materials, digital content, and reports on outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

Located within 30 miles of Clearwater, FL (Required) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or community outreach (experience in TBI, behavioral health, or rehabilitation settings is a plus) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in
