Marketing Full Job Description Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in executing tactical marketing initiatives and supporting key business activities that enhance brand presence and customer engagement. This position supports the Marketing Department through fulfillment logistics, sales enablement, event coordination, and internal communications, ensuring that all materials and deliverables are on-brand, timely, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Welcome Kit Fulfillment:
Coordinate the assembly, quality assurance, and timely delivery of branded welcome kits for new Leixir Dental Lab clients. Ensure inventory is maintained and contents are updated regularly in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Sales & Marketing Material Management:
Maintain an accurate inventory and directory of all marketing and sales support materials. Oversee the creation, update, and distribution of collateral to ensure consistency and alignment with brand standards.
Event and Trade Show Support:
Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, webinars, and live educational events by coordinating logistics, managing mailing lists, scheduling materials shipments, and tracking deliverables. Responsibilities also include booking lodging, registering attendees, presenting event overviews, outlining responsibilities, implementing promotional strategies, and compiling post-event results to ensure clear communication and measurable outcomes.
Administrative and Departmental Support:
Provide daily administrative support to the marketing team, including meeting coordination, vendor communications, internal reporting, and project tracking.
Education Program Coordination:
Support the clinical education team by managing communications for live and virtual events, including invitations, follow-up emails, and coordination with sales to drive attendance and engagement.
Marketing SharePoint & ProShop Maintenance:
Keep the Marketing SharePoint and ProShop platforms updated, organized, and accessible to ensure internal teams have timely access to the most current resources, assets, and ordering tools.
Brand Consistency & Cross-functional Collaboration:
Ensure all outbound materials and campaigns reflect brand guidelines and key messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide marketing solutions that are impactful and aligned.
Cultural Alignment:
Actively champion and reflect the company’s Cultural Beliefs in day-to-day activities and communications.
Performance Metrics:
Maintain a 98% on-time delivery rate for welcome kit fulfillment. Ensure 100% accuracy in promotional and sales material inventory tracking. Deliver zero event material delays for all trade shows and educational programs. Achieve a 95 %+ satisfaction rating from internal stakeholders on support provided. Ensure all marketing assets are reviewed and refreshed quarterly in coordination with brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, event coordination, or fulfillment/logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus.
