Navigare Yachting and Dream Yacht, boasting over 1000 yachts across 50+ stunning destinations, offer an exciting opportunity to become our US Yacht Sales Campaign Manager based in Florida. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with sales leadership to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for both the Dream Yacht and Navigare Yachting yacht sales divisions within the US market. RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for leading the development and execution of inbound demand generation campaigns for US Yacht Sales (YS) for both brands in the US market. Liaise with the US YS sales team to ensure alignment of trading messages and marketing support Strategize and execute email campaign strategies and nurture journeys to warm leads up for the sales team Support the event manager on the final implementation of the US Boat Shows Manage boat show logistics, encompassing timelines, vendors, promotional activities, and post-event evaluations. Oversee print and digital advertising, including coordinating artwork and adhering to deadlines. Ensure website functionality and content updates, including creating landing pages, sourcing visuals, and sustaining content relevance. Aid in planning other events, including sea trials, webinars, owners meetings… Contribute to developing and updating marketing materials, collateral, signage, and presentations. Adhere to global team protocols for content planning and reporting. Collaborate on social media and communication strategies, with US input Provide the marketing team with insight regarding the US Demand Gen for YS Undertake additional marketing initiatives as required
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in WordPress CMS. Experienced in utilizing Email marketing platforms Hands-on experience and an autonomous mindset aimed at finding the information needed to perform tasks with the ultimate goal of designing and implementing campaigns to generate inbound traffic. Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (ideally Hubspot experience). Competent in managing Social Media platforms. Ability to discern and adhere to corporate branding and style guidelines. Goal-oriented with outstanding organizational and prioritization skills. Meticulous attention to detail and adept at execution. Team player with a proactive mindset and international outlook. Data-driven with proficiency in managing numerical data and utilizing spreadsheets. Inherent curiosity and commitment to ongoing learning to remain abreast of marketing methodologies, trends, and tools. Native proficiency in English. Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is advantageous. Experience in the yacht sales sector or real estate, or a keen interest in the sailing market, is beneficial. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE A
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business is preferred, or equivalent experience demonstrating a broad knowledge of and proficiency in marketing practices. Staying current with emerging digital marketing techniques, platforms, and methodologies is essential. A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience is required, with a preference for candidates with backgrounds in yacht sales, real estate, travel, leisure, hospitality, and/or digital marketing agencies. While educational background and experience are crucial, we equally value traits such as loyalty, enthusiasm, proactivity, and a can-do mindset.
