The Impact You Will Make The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and execution of Everstory Partner’s day-to-day website updates, maintenance, and social media content, as well as organic digital marketing efforts. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will work internally with the Sales and Marketing teams, and externally with agency partners and vendors to create content and establish a strong virtual presence across diverse social platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee updates and maintenance of the company and all location websites to ensure content is current, relevant, and user-friendly. Manage online brand presence to include Google My Business and Yelp pages for multiple locations. Collaborate with web development and SEO teams to implement design changes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize content for search engines and user engagement. Design and manage a comprehensive social media calendar, including post scheduling, content planning, and campaign execution to support marketing initiatives. Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms, including voice, style, and tone. Oversee and coordinate content for over 400 individual Facebook pages to align with overall brand strategy. Handle content requests from individual locations and ensure timely, accurate posting. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, professional manner to foster community engagement. Implement organic digital marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility, awareness, and conversions across websites and social media platforms. Track and analyze digital performance metrics and engagement analytics; prepare regular reports to measure campaign effectiveness. Partner with internal teams and external vendors to stay current with digital trends and ensure websites remain engaging and up to date. Support the Digital Marketing Manager with special projects as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field. 2

  • 4 years of experience as a social or website coordinator or in a similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to create engaging and effective content.

Experience working for a multi-site, multi-state organization is a plus. Experience with Google Analytics, a Review Management platform and Sprout Social. Knowledge of a Content Management System (CMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, and project management software a plus. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
