Analytics Full Job Description Position Summary:

TransMedCare is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to manage our digital marketing and referral outreach efforts. This role includes content creation, email campaigns, SEO updates, paid ad support, and video marketing using AI tools. You’ll work independently, but closely with our leadership team, playing a key role in growing our brand presence and partner network.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Develop short-form video content using AI tools such as Descript, Canva, or Pictory Design graphics, visuals, and basic video edits to accompany digital campaigns Coordinate and support campaigns aimed at growing our referral partner network Write and manage email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot Monitor and report on marketing performance with weekly/monthly analytics Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices Engage with online audiences and respond to comments/messages professionally

Qualifications:

(healthcare industry a plus) Strong writing and visual storytelling skills Proficiency in social media and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) Familiarity with email marketing and automation platforms Experience with SEO, paid ads, and AI video creation platforms Highly organized with excellent communication and time management skills Comfortable working independently and reporting progress to leadership Knowledge of analytics/reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms like Later or Buffer Basic understanding of HIPAA and healthcare marketing compliance
