Sales Promoter Saplings Port Orange Port Orange, FL 32129 Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Promoter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers off-site at events, promoting our products and services, and driving sales through exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships and generating interest in our offerings. Duties Actively engage with customers in various settings to promote products and services. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting customers in making informed decisions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to foster brand loyalty. Collaborate with team members to strategize promotional activities and events. Track and report on promotional activities, providing feedback on customer interactions and market trends. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Work is remote at local community or vendor events and must feel comfortable packing vehicle at business, traveling to event, setting up, running the booth, engaging with guests, tearing down, and transporting back to business to unload. Experience Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. A passion for engaging with people and promoting products or services. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills related to promotion and sales.
