Marketing and Events Coordinator Savannah Jazz Savannah, GA 31401

• Marketing and Events Management Assistant This position requires a minimum of 4 year experience in marketing and/or events production.

Knowledge of the city of Savannah and its venues and audiences is also required.

Social and Web Media Marketing Assistance o Maintenance/Crafting of the Social Media Calendar so it has a more regular cadence of communications. o Crafting a schedule of Sponsor Social posts and Thank You’s in an organized fashion to post. o Filing/editing of all photos from the Festival and all events per photographer and event for current and future posts.

• Festival Logistics o Equipment Vendor assistance in the Park for the Festival including supervising the set-up and tear-down efforts. o Working with other outside contractors/Volunteers (Marc, Erika, Transportation Assistant, Park Café, etc.) o Help with Transportation and Hospitality partners in conjunction with the Transportation/Hospitality Assistant.
• Artist Contracts – gathering and filing of all related documents. o The maintenance of the Shared Google spreadsheet on all relevant tasks.
• Donor/Sponsor Communications o Prescribed and approved timely messaging of Donor/Sponsor letters.

o Gathering ads for the Festival in a timely manner per the shared Sheet. o Communications with advertisers for timely submissions of ads. o Festival-end thanks-you packages.
