What You’ll Be Up To:

Social Media Star :

Develop and execute a compelling strategy to boost our brand and grow engagement across major platforms.

Event Enthusiast :

Represent the practice at fun, high-visibility local events like bridal expos and community festivals.

Relationship Builder :

Connect with schools, dentists, and pediatricians to build and maintain a strong referral network.

Agency Collaborator :

Work with our external marketing partners to roll out creative campaigns and promotions.

Marketing Planner :

Create and manage a comprehensive annual marketing calendar that keeps us organized and on track.

Data-Driven Optimizer :

Track marketing analytics and pivot strategies as needed to maximize ROI and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role Strong command of social media platforms and basic analytics tools Excellent project management and organizational skills Top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal Creative mindset with a knack for thinking outside the box Enthusiastic about community engagement and networking Comfortable representing our brand in public-facing roles Associate degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred but not required
