Farmers Market Vendor Happily Coffee Roasters 3039 Briarcliff Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30329 Job Overview We are seeking a coffee-passionate individual to man our booth during the North Druid Hills Farmers Market on Saturdays 9-12! The ideal candidate is one that knows a bit about coffee and can educate consumers on what makes our coffee special! We sell 12oz. bags of our specialty coffee (not cups of coffee).

The ideal candidate we are looking for is a high school/college student that is looking for sales experience & a quick way to make money on the weekend! Pay is $60 base from the time arrived to set up (8:15am) to packed up (12:15pm). Bonus pay is available in the form of 7.5% commission of total sales! (expected sales: $300-$500)

We are a small-batch coffee roaster that roasts specialty coffee from around the world. Our mission is to “caffeinate compassion” by donating 10% of our profits to different charities across the world! We raise money for local charities such as the Humane Society & CURE Childhood Cancer, as well as global charities such as Save the Children Tanzania, Caring for Colombia, Help Chiapas, etc.! Duties Give out samples of our freshly roasted coffee Learn & educate consumers about our freshly roasted, specialty coffee Set up & pack up booth materials (tent, table, tablecloth, product) Track inventory & sales throughout the day Take payments from customers Create positive interactions for our customers & exemplify great customer service Ask customers as they walk by if they would “like to sample our locally roasted coffee” Requirements Outgoing personality and willing to talk to strangers Willingness to learn about our product Basic knowledge about sales and transactions Ability to work outdoors for 3 hours Being on-time Must be able to hold on to a tent, two tables, a few crates, and product sometime before the market and bring it to set up. Pickup of these items can be arranged. Ability to be on your feet for 3 hours (if able) A commitment to customer service! Get a taste of first-hand sales experience through a face to face way of selling bags of coffee!
