• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Present and demonstrate products or services to customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts “`Skills“`
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
• Proven experience in technical sales, with a deep understanding of the products or services being sold
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business development opportunities
• Experience in outside sales, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with Spanish-speaking customers
