We are currently seeking enthusiastic, professional, and reliable individuals to help generate quality sales leads and appointments for our team of sales directors! We are searching for individuals who are motivated by personal and financial development. Someone who is eager to grow, and take on new challenges within the sales and home improvement industries.

Expected Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and schedule appointments for product presentations using industry leading tech to demonstrate to potential customers the tremendous benefits of replacing their windows.
• Canvassing local neighborhoods to set qualified appointments and achieve monthly goals . This position does require door knocking.
• Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Arrange meetings between potential clients and our sales directors.
• Prioritize the needs of our customers with a genuine interest in helping others save money and solving their problems.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are needed to travel to the work area.
• Previous experience in Door to Door or outside sales is a plus!
• Strong customer service, multitasking, and organizational skills are required.
• Self-motivated and result-driven.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart phone with a data plan.
• Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and overcome objections.
