Reporting to the Head of Marketing, North America, this hybrid role will support national and local marketing efforts across the humidification, refrigeration, and

HVAC-OEM

divisions. The ideal candidate will contribute to social media, lead management, event coordination, internal logistics, and marketing operations while supporting ongoing campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

????Oversee office cleaning crew performance and ensure office maintenance requests are addressed promptly Coordinate and manage onsite and national events, including logistics and scheduling Support shipment coordination from Atlanta and Manheim, PA facilities Arrange travel and accommodations for visiting international staff from company headquarters Assist in marketing tasks including graphic design, video editing, social media content, and vendor communication

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, office management, or similar administrative support roles

Skills and Competencies:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities Proficient in social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram Experience with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Familiarity with video editing software and/or basic HTML for website updates Ability to adapt, prioritize tasks, and collaborate across teams in a dynamic work environment
