Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator Ridge Manor Senior Living Calhoun, GA 30701 $500/week + Bonus Per Move-In — NO CAP — Marketing & Admissions Specialist Ridge Manor Personal Care Homes is hiring one Marketing & Admissions Specialist per Calhoun location. This is not an entry-level or training role. We want an experienced marketer who knows how to drive move-ins — starting day one. If you’ve been a hospice liaison, home health marketer, or placement agent — this is a great opportunity.

Pay:

✅ $500/week base pay ✅ Bonus per move-in — no cap — you drive move-ins, you get paid

What You’ll Do:

✅ Build referral relationships (hospitals, discharge planners, placement agents, senior centers, MDs) ✅ Drive tours & move-ins — FULL ownership of your pipeline ✅ Follow up, follow through, close admissions ✅ Execute local marketing (Google, Facebook, events, flyers) ✅ Report activity & results to leadership
