Responsibilities Drees Homes isseeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to work in our Ft.

Mitchell, KY headquarters. The Marketing Coordinator will supportlocal and regional marketing activities as well as manage websiteand other online content. ?? Responsibilities Manage a large volumeof marketing invoices ensuring timely processing of payments.

Activities include coding and entering data, routing invoicesinternally to appropriate individuals, overseeing vendor set up,and researching payments as needed.

Customer Surveys:

compile,format and upload submissions to our survey partner Manage presenceon online location mapping tools including Apple Maps and GoogleBusiness. Prepare tracking reports for sales contests.

Midwestregion support:

Order, assemble and distribute gifts for salescontests and buyers at closing. Manage marketing collateral processincluding ordering, organizing and distributing orders of brochuresand collateral. Order signs and supplies for Midwest model homes.

Marketing department support:

Website Management:

make dailyupdates within the content management system for the corporatewebsite such as writing new content, updating data, setting up newcommunities and uploading images. Perform ongoing website audits toensure content is accurate and up to date. Review and act onincoming web audit forms from the operating divisions. Support themarketing department as needed by ordering supplies, managingcopiers and A/V equipt, occasional reception desk back-up,executive meeting presentation support. Participate in the planningand execution of department events and office activities. Performother duties as assigned. Preferred Knowledge and SkillsBachelor???s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalentwork experience 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in homebuilding or real estate Excellent written, verbal and interpersonalskills with strong attention to detail. Able to write copy, editand proofread materials for grammar and content. Advanced computerskllls with proficiency in MS Office applications, email systems,photo editing, website management Highly organized and flexiblewith the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlinesin a fast-paced work environment.
