Position:
Marketing Coordinator We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our Business Development and Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help coordinate marketing initiatives, maintain internal resources, assist with proposal development, and support event planning. This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile marketing professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and submission of RFQs, proposals, and marketing packages. Coordinate input from internal stakeholders and teaming partners for proposal development. Maintain and update the marketing library, including resumes, project pages, infographics, and templates. Monitor and evaluate daily solicitation opportunities and route them appropriately. Coordinate tradeshow participation, including scheduling, logistics, and promotional materials. Support business development activities, including AIA presentations and CEU tracking. Update and maintain vendor registrations, website content, CRM records, and marketing data in Ajera. Assist in creating marketing materials such as business cards, brochures, pull sheets, and presentations. Handle general administrative duties including filing, scanning, mailing, catering orders, and front desk coverage. Support development of new markets and business opportunities alongside the Business Development team.
Job Requirements:
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM and design software is a plus. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Effective communicator with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable lifting or moving marketing materials (up to 30 lbs) for events. Willingness to travel and support event coordination on-site. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Pre-employment drug test, background check, and valid driver’s license required.
