As an Event Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various events, such as door keeper, table host, and server. This requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively for next week’s event at the local library in Shreveport from 12n.-6p Responsibilities Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging furniture and equipment. Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients during events. Monitor event activities to ensure everything runs smoothly and address any issues that arise. Support catering staff with food and beverage service as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas throughout the duration of the event. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all attendees. Requirements No Previous experience required. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests. Ability to work as needed for other community events or fundraising events. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 30 pounds). A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
