Position Summary The Enrollment Marketing Coordinator is a part-time role responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing and outreach strategies that drive student enrollment and retention for a growing Great Hearts school in Baton Rouge. We are actively expanding our local presence and deepening community relationships. This role supports campaign execution, event coordination, prospective family engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to promote the school and help meet enrollment goals. Qualifications, Competencies & Strengths Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience. 2+ years of experience in marketing, outreach, or event coordination. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. Highly organized with strong communication skills. Creative, adaptable, and detail oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with CRM or email tools a plus. Able to manage responsibilities independently and work collaboratively. Additional Requirements Must pass background check, which is completed by the Louisiana Bureau of Criminal Investigation (LCBI), which includes fingerprinting and a signed statement authorizing the release of information from the LCBI to the school.
