Marketing Project Coordinator Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Project Coordinator to support the VP of Patient Access and Communication. This individual will assist in a variety of areas including marketing initiatives, employee engagement activities, and external customer service communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with patients via telephone, website, Facebook, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
Develop, design, and maintain patient-facing materials such as brochures, flyers, and handouts
Coordinate with external vendors and representatives to support and organize participation in community events (e.g., charity walks, galas, health fairs)
Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement and appreciation events
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
Maintain consistent branding and messaging across communication platforms
Track and report on project progress and engagement metrics Job Location
