We are looking for a motivated and driven individual who wants to be part of a growing organization in the behavioral healthcare industry. The right person will be able to succeed with the help of a strong team of support. The Marketing Specialist plays an integral role ensuring the financial viability and growth of their territory. As a leader in your territory you will be given a plan in order to increase patient census. You will maintain current relationships with referral sources as well as develop and build new relationships. Strict quotas for sales calls and client census growth should be high focus for this position.
Qualifications:
4 plus years Sales & Marketing experience in the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. Bachelor’s degree preferred but experience may be substituted. A proven track record of increased sales Experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Assisted Living, or Home Health a plus General Job duties include, but are not limited to: External Sales and Marketing to include all primary, secondary, and tertiary referral sources Conduct in-services and sales calls daily Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Schedule and conduct assessments with potential clients Target potential referral sources in the community and actively work towards developing a relationship Maintain and execute a well-developed marketing plan Attend networking meetings Maintain relationship with office staff to ensure coordinated efforts Completes reports associated with his or her office in a timely manner
