Starting Pay:
15-18 / hour We are a boutique event rental company specializing in event décor, furniture, scenic & other event rentals. We’re located in Harvey. This position is for a part-time décor prep assistant to perform order pulling & cleaning of rentals for events. This job entails reading pull sheets and selecting the rentals on an order-by-order basis. All items must be counted, cleaned and prepped for the specific event to the client’s specific requests. Some heavy lifting may be required, but this is typically boxes under 25lbs. Attention to detail is a must as this position is mostly entails cleaning vases, lanterns, candleholders & candles. Occasional drapery steaming and other duties as needed. No experience necessary. Workdays are Tuesday – Friday with an occasional Mondays from 9-5. Some weeks may entail later days to prep all décor for the events. Must be dependable, able to work together as part of a team or independently & great attention to detail. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety. This position can also work events on the weekends to get 40+ hours / week. Annual bonus Full-time employees receive $200 / month insurance stipend after waiting period. Retirement plan with company match percentage after waiting period.
