A Blessing Personal Homecare is seeking a Community Coordinator to lead our outreach, build strong referral relationships, and grow our client base throughout the Acadiana area. About the

Role:

As our Community Coordinator , you’ll serve as the face of A Blessing Personal Homecare in the community. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and marketing efforts by building relationships with local healthcare providers, senior communities, social workers, and organizations. You will also represent our brand at events, coordinate community partnerships, and generate referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, rehab centers, etc.) Represent the company at health fairs, expos, senior events, and chamber functions Track and report outreach efforts, lead generation, and conversion metrics Distribute marketing materials across the region Organize community events to promote awareness of homecare services Work closely with the intake and care coordination team to ensure client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach (healthcare or senior care a plus) Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge of the Lafayette and Acadiana market is highly preferred Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships
