Job Description
Account Executive – Printing
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Generate leads, pitch products, and close sales for printing services.
Client Relations:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Contract Negotiation:
Draft and negotiate contracts for printing jobs.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
Account Management:
Maintain customer accounts, track orders, and follow up on projects.
Market Research:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Sales Reporting:
Keep track of sales activities, track performance against targets, and report on results.
Presentation and Proposal:
Develop presentations and proposals for potential clients.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about new products, services, and printing technologies.
Required Skills:
Strong sales and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Negotiation and presentation skills.
Organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
