We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s ready to take ownership of campaigns, automation, content, and events. Someone who understands that a good CRM list is just as important as a good headline. Someone who sees the value in organizing swag just as much as optimizing SEO. This role is about execution, clarity, and supporting a marketing team that gets a lot done with very few handoffs. HubSpot & CRM Automation Create and manage HubSpot workflows that streamline processes and improve automation Implement lead nurturing and customer journey strategies Execute segmentation strategies that ensure the right message reaches the right people at the right time Keep CRM data clean, actionable, and connected to campaign and sales efforts Campaigns & Content Execute and schedule emails, blogs, social media posts, and landing pages that align with overall brand direction Help run both routine and creative campaigns across multiple channels Ensure campaign assets are aligned with brand guidelines and follow-through is on point Contribute to both digital and print advertising execution Events & Tradeshows Manage event logistics such as badge enrollment, travel, accommodations, swag orders, and vendor coordination Assist in the planning and on-the-ground execution of tradeshows, customer appreciation events, and internal marketing activations Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on creative event themes and messaging Research, Reporting & SEO Analyze market trends and competitor positioning to inform marketing strategy Gather customer insights to support strategic decisions and campaign targeting Build and refine audience segments that feed into ABM, CRM, and digital efforts Support SEO and AEO strategies that help our content show up where it counts Use Google Analytics and HubSpot reporting to track campaign performance and surface what’s working Branding & Support Maintain brand assets, sales decks, presentation templates, and internal tools Ensure all content and materials stay aligned with brand voice and guidelines Work with outside creatives (designers, photographers, printers) to produce high-quality assets Manage and organize promotional inventory and ensure timely reorders Keep storage areas and shared tools tidy, accessible, and ready to use What You’ll Bring 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing Hands-on knowledge of HubSpot, Google Analytics, and marketing automation Familiarity with SEO, AEO, and content publishing best practices Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva Organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple priorities Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Interest in building systems, solving problems, and supporting a growing business Sound like your kind of work? and help us move projects forward—one workflow, campaign, and event at a time.
