Development & Marketing Coordinator Hammond, LA Pay:
$18.00 per hour

- 4p flex OPTIONS is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Development & Marketing Coordinator to support our fundraising, donor engagement, and marketing efforts.
This role is essential in advancing our mission through strong donor relations, compelling communication, and organized event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Support cultivation activities including donor outreach, pledge tracking, sponsorship recognition, and major gift follow-up Manage and maintain the fundraising database, ensuring accurate data entry, tracking, and reporting of donations Coordinate donor communications, including timely thank-you notes, birthday cards, and in-kind acknowledgments Assist with planning and executing fundraising events hosted by OPTIONS and partner organizations Design and manage marketing materials, social media campaigns, newsletters, and awareness efforts across all OPTIONS programs and businesses Track and fulfill marketing deliverables for corporate sponsors Provide photography/videography support and maintain a participant photo archive Ensure brand consistency and adherence to OPTIONS’ fundraising ethical standards Participate in grant support, strategic marketing planning, and inventory of promotional items
Requirements:

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old, Three (3) to five (5) years’ work experience in an office environment, Must have a clear driving record, Must be a licensed driver (Required) , Must have transportation to and for work (Required) , Must have a clear criminal background, Must pass a drug screen.
