Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Promotional Goods Sales Representative to expand our customer base and promote our laser engraving services. The ideal candidate will develop new client relationships, nurture existing ones, and actively sell both our laser-engraved promotional goods and custom engraving services. Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development Identify and target new clients in various industries, including corporate businesses, schools, event planners, and marketing agencies. Promote and sell laser engraving services and custom-branded promotional products. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings to showcase our products and services. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Consult with customers to understand their promotional needs and offer tailored solutions. Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals. Product & Market Knowledge Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in promotional products and laser engraving technology. Educate clients on available products, customization options, and branding opportunities. Order Management & Coordination Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM software.

Qualifications & Skills:

2+ years of sales experience (preferably in promotional products, printing, engraving, or related industries). Strong prospecting and networking abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize sales opportunities. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Familiarity with laser engraving or promotional goods is a plus but not required. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
