Job Summary:
Reports to and works closely with Pine Grove’s Director of Business Development in the development and implementation of the organization’s digital strategy. This responsibility also includes the production of photographs and videos for Pine Grove. Schedules photo sessions, produces photos and videos, and edits the content according to Pine Grove’s standards, to be used in a variety of digital media. This includes Pine Grove’s social media channels and website. Works effectively with Pine Grove’s media partners and protects the organization’s brand. Actively manages, nurtures and grows the organization’s digital presence locally and nationally. Represents the organization at community events and professional conferences as needed. Works successfully and collaboratively with Pine Grove and Forrest Health colleagues on other organizational projects as assigned by the Director.
Responsibilities include:
Provides recommendations for Pine Grove’s digital strategies. Provides budget recommendations for digital ad buys. Oversees Pine Grove’s website and social media content management to ensure information is accurate, timely and meets Pine Grove’s business objectives. Posts social media updates and develops digital campaigns in a timely manner. Assists the Director in creating policies and procedures related to Pine Grove’s digital strategy development, content and usage. Researches Industry trends. Manages and updates platform technologies including Pine Grove’s CRM system, and other digital and social media applications. Provides technical assistance as needed to Pine Grove’s Business Development department. Optimizes search engines, tags, feeds and links associated with Pine Grove’s web site and social media sites. Coordinates web-based campaigns and day-to-day activities including online advocacy, content development and community outreach. Participates in the creation of promotional strategies to increase usage and understanding of Pine Grove’s behavioral health care services and addiction treatment. Analyzes campaigns and digital trends. Translates that data into recommendations and plans for revising Pine Grove’s social media and web-based campaigns. Identifies new digital engagement opportunities. Demonstrates the ability to communicate, plan and organize tasks and activities as necessary to meet deadlines and promote events. Adheres to budgetary constraints while producing quality work. Produces creative and professional artwork in the form of photography and videography in a timely and effective manner. Plans and implements events such as photography and video shoots. Manages and organizes active and archival file storage of photographs, videos, and all other Pine Grove digital media.

Ensures the integrity of the brand by identifying and communicating effectively any threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the organization’s brand and reputation. Works within budgetary constraints to produce quality services.
Qualifications:
Education/Skills Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, photography, videography, public relations, journalism, information technology, computer science, web development, business, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
Skills:
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills to appropriately leverage web-based applications in a marketing environment. Proven ability to oversee and manage multiple projects. Proven ability to manage a variety of content for multiple online channels. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics, social media engagement tactics, search engine optimization and search engine marketing techniques. Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment and to respond to unexpected opportunities and challenges in a professional and timely manner. Able to communicate and interact with customers, both internal and external, to align Pine Grove’s objectives with customer needs. Demonstrated strong written and verbal skills. Excellent grammar.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 3 years direct experience managing internal and external digital content including website and social media content required. Experience working within a content management system required. Demonstrated artistic photography and videography skills required. E-mail marketing experience preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
None required.

Must be able to work the department’s schedule as needed, including nights and weekends. Must possess analytical and decision-making skills, be creative, communicate with others, and take direction. Must possess sound judgment and decision-making skills.
