Sales Rep Alexander LLC Ocean Springs, MS 39564 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Identify potential sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Present and demonstrate products effectively to customers, highlighting key features and benefits. Achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and following up on leads. Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for improving sales performance. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to enhance sales efforts. Requirements Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving goals. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is an advantage.
