Sales Representative Iconic Roofing, LLC 26 18th NE Avenue, Hickory, NC 28601 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for residential construction sales and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients in your assigned territory. Conduct technical sales presentations to showcase our products and services effectively. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring alignment with company policies. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our offerings. Skills Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is preferred. Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Experience in territory sales management is advantageous. Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales activities. Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs. Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Compensation 10/50/50 Commission Proffit Split with base pay that is paid out weekly. We provide full 50% commission payout on the first insurance check.
