Full-Time (Exempt) Salary Rate $45,635.20-$57,354.40 per year Description Catawba Two Kings Casino is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Our ideal candidate is organized, creative, and excited to use their skills to develop and implement marketing program activities and events. This position assists the Marketing Team with the execution and planning of promotions and special events.
Responsibilities:
Manage marketing communications and distribute the materials to the relevant departments. Assist the Marketing Team with the execution and planning of marketing programs. Maintain and update the marketing calendar, Gantt charts, task lists, and note project timeline milestones. Prepare and purchase promotional materials and inventory for prizes and promotions. Source, research, and maintain relationships with suitable vendors for marketing promotions. Assist the Marketing Department with offsite and VIP events. Collaborate with the marketing team to create email campaigns, digital signage, social media advertisements, and other promotional activities to deliver on marketing goals. Input and update all creative requests. Input and maintain marketing orders. Assist in maintaining marketing inventory. Proof and edit marketing deliverables. Maintain weekly warehouse deliveries. Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, required. Bachelor’s degree in marketing highly preferred. Prior marketing internship, preferred. Prior Hospitality experience, within a casino, preferred. CRM system knowledge. Experience with Windows platform, including Microsoft word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Publisher. Excellent math skills. Some travel may be required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License. Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent guest service skills. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing. Ability to work an alternate schedule as needed. Ability to work in a loud fast-paced environment (may occasionally be exposed to second-hand cigarette smoke).
