Role Overview:

As a Junior Marketing Coordinator , you’ll be involved in both the strategic and hands-on aspects of marketing and sales. You’ll help plan and execute live marketing campaigns, represent brands at events, and directly engage with customers to drive interest and close sales. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns at live events. Represent client brands through direct, in-person engagement with event attendees. Promote products and services to customers and confidently handle sales conversations. Convert prospects into customers through one-on-one interactions and product demonstrations. Support event setup and breakdown while ensuring smooth on-site operations. Collect customer feedback and report on campaign performance and sales outcomes. Collaborate with team members to meet collective marketing and sales goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Interest in marketing, branding, and face-to-face sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, adaptable, and enthusiastic team player. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. No previous experience in marketing or sales required—full training provided.
