Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting Bermuda Village’s strategic sales and marketing efforts to increase occupancy, strengthen brand visibility, and enhance community engagement. This role serves as a liaison between external marketing partners, internal teams, and prospective residents. The position plays a key role in leasing, community outreach, content creation, and prospect engagement. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

Prospect Engagement, Leasing Sales Support Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective residents and their families, communicating the benefits of living at Bermuda Village. Manage inquiries, conduct tours, and guide prospects through the leasing or referral process. Lease available rental units owned by Bermuda Village, coordinating the full move-in process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records including lead tracking, follow-ups, and outcomes. Collaborate with the Real Estate Broker-in-Charge for ownership transitions. Respond to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Manage the coordination and direct support of the sales cycle from lead generation to move-in. Assist in tour training and develop customized tour outlines for team members. Marketing Strategy Brand Management Directly support and participate in the planning and implementation of strategic marketing activities in collaboration with the branding agency and internal leadership. Conduct actionable sales, marketing, customer service and prospecting tasks according to strategic initiatives communicated from leadership in timely fashion and/or according to deadlines. Coordinate with the branding agency to maintain updated and brand-compliant marketing materials. Manage social media content and communications for residents and public audiences. Assist with content development for newsletters, websites, social media, and resident portals. Ensure consistent brand voice across all communications and events. Community Outreach Events Conduct structured and repeatable community outreach activity to build professional referral networks and increase brand visibility Attend networking events and make external visits as appropriate to establish business relationships and promote the community. Collaborate with leadership to determine ongoing marketing needs and campaign opportunities. Plan and assist with at least two community events per month aimed at lead generation, engagement, or brand visibility. Collaboration Reporting Work closely with and support the Executive Director, VP of Sales, Real Estate Broker in Charge, and other leadership to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and goals. Positively represent Bermuda Village in internal external meetings and during other people interactions exercising subject matter decorum and etiquette. Provide regular updates and performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness. Complete quarterly competitive analyses and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure high service delivery and resident satisfaction, applying ongoing discretion and mindfulness of department character.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a healthcare-related field; OR five years of healthcare or senior living marketing experience. Proven experience in sales, leasing, or marketing coordination. •Knowledge of the senior living industry. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task. Proficiency in CRM systems, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office. Ability to conduct effective and engaging tours of the community. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to drive growth and occupancy. Must pass a criminal background check and meet all health/safety requirements. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for outreach as needed.

Job Requirements Work Conditions:

Full-time position with occasional after-hours or weekend responsibilities. May be called back during emergencies (e.g., severe weather, disaster response). Physical demands include walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, and navigating residential and office settings. Must be comfortable working in an environment with varying temperatures, lighting, and potential exposure to communicable illnesses. Must maintain up-to-date training on all assigned courses.
