Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Marketing &Sales Assistant Actively participate in direct marketing and salescampaigns in various community settings, events, and designatedterritories. Engage prospective residential and small businesscustomers face-to-face, effectively introducing Frontier’s brandand services. Generate qualified leads by sparking interest,answering initial questions, and collecting essential customerinformation. Deliver concise and impactful introductorypresentations on Frontier’s internet, TV, and voice solutions,highlighting key benefits and value propositions. Assist the salesteam by pre-qualifying potential customers and preparing them for adetailed sales conversation. Learn and apply core marketingprinciples such as brand messaging, target audience identification,and promotional strategies in a direct environment. Set up andmanage promotional displays or event booths, ensuring an engagingand informative presence for Frontier. Gather market intelligenceand customer feedback on current campaigns and service offerings,providing valuable insights to the leadership team. Maintainaccurate records of all interactions, leads generated, andmarketing activities within our tracking systems. Collaborateclosely with Sales Team Members and Management to ensure a cohesiveapproach from initial customer engagement to successfulacquisition. Stay continuously informed on Frontier’s latestproducts, services, and competitive differentiators.
