Job Description

Marketing Campaign Coordinator Avion Networks Research Triangle Park, NC 27709 • Remote What You Will Do Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, digital programs, content, webinars, workshops, and events. Work with agencies and cross-functional teams to build and launch email programs, landing pages, and sales collateral. Manage timelines, review assets, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality, on-brand output. Track budgets, monitor deliverables, and ensure on-time, in-scope project execution. Coordinate sales enablement efforts and assist in aligning marketing activities with sales needs. Update internal documentation and maintain team workspaces and campaign trackers. Analyze performance data, compile reports, and extract insights to improve future activations. Contribute to brainstorming, content reviews, creative feedback cycles, and team operations. Act as a connector bringing together people, tools, and resources to drive successful execution.

You will be critical to the success of our XDR marketing programs—working behind the scenes to ensure flawless execution of initiatives that drive pipeline, awareness, and sales alignment. Your contributions will keep campaigns moving, messaging sharp, and engagement strong across key customer segments. You’ll enable our team to scale faster, deliver smarter, and stay focused on what matters most—impact. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in a marketing, project management, or campaign execution role. Strong organizational and project management skills with great attention to detail. Ability to logically plan, set priorities, identify, and resolve problems producing measurable results. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.• Ability to self-manage in a remote, fast-paced, global environment. Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and project tracking tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with or within large tech companies or marketing agencies Basic understanding of B2B marketing, cybersecurity, or demand generation. Proficiency with tools like Workfront, Salesforce, Eloqua, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar. Previous experience supporting product marketing teams or sales enablement.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Marketing Success Specialist to support Client’s XDR Marketing Team. This is a 13-month temporary role focused on assisting with marketing campaign execution, sales enablement, and operational support. The role is remote.
