What You’ll Do:
Connect with customers by phone, text, and email Schedule appointments for our team Follow up with friendly, professional communication Log and track all customer interactions accurately in our system Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth handoff and great customer follow-through Stay organized and meet individual and team performance goals
What We’re Looking For:
Positive attitude and team spirit Clear, confident phone presence Customer service experience is required Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills BDC experience is a plus—but not required
