ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support a wide range of marketing activities—both offline and online. This role includes coordinating print and direct mail campaigns, assisting with events, supporting email campaigns, and playing a key part in content creation (social media, photo/video, and blog). You will also help maintain digital listings, organize marketing materials, and keep performance data and CRM records up to date. This role is perfect for a strategic doer who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and wants hands-on experience across all facets of marketing.

You’ll play a key role in helping drive community engagement, qualified leads, and brand visibility across channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Support Assist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day administrative and strategic tasks. Help organize, manage, and execute marketing campaigns and community events. Prepare internal presentations to support sales and marketing initiatives. Coordinate project timelines and assist in designing marketing materials (print & digital). Offline & Print Marketing Manage print advertising campaigns (magazines, local publications). Develop and deploy direct mail campaigns (postcards, brochures, letters). Maintain inventory of printed collateral, signage, branded items, and promotional materials. Content Creation & Social Media Capture and organize photography and videography of homes, amenities, and events. Assist in drafting blog content, resident features, and community highlights. Manage the social media content calendar using HeyOrca. Draft post captions and coordinate asset uploads across platforms. Respond to comments and DMs to build an engaged online community. Track, monitor, and analyze social media performance metrics.

Assist with email marketing:

drafting content, managing lists, and analyzing performance. Listings & Website Management Upload and maintain home listings on the Simple Life website, MyStateMLS, MHVillage, MHBO, Zillow, Trulia, and others. Ensure home pricing, imagery, and descriptions are accurate and consistently updated. Maintain content and performance data via ongoing website updates. CRM & Administrative Tasks Add leads from digital platforms (e.g., Google Lead Forms, MHBO, Zillow) to the CRM system. Support the sales team by ordering business cards, printed materials, and office supplies. Assist with internal coordination tasks across departments as needed.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

95%+ listing accuracy is maintained across all platform. 100% of social content is published on schedule, with at least 90% response rate to comments and messages within 24 hours. All print and direct mail campaigns are delivered on time and meet brand standards. Content library is updated every other month . Email campaigns are completed with less than 0.5% send errors . CRM entry is completed within 1 hour for all new leads from digital sources. Event and campaign tasks are executed on time with at least 90% task completion by deadline .

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Experience 2-3 years of marketing experience (in-house or agency), preferably in real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or community development. Technical Proficiency Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, marketing automation tools). Experience with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and analytics. Basic photography and videography skills, including light editing. Understanding of print production processes and basic graphic design. Exposure to website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management systems is helpful, but can be learned on the job. Project & Time Management Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter capable of working independently and taking ownership of tasks. Interpersonal & Creative Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative problem solver with strong critical thinking abilities. Adaptable and flexible in supporting a variety of marketing initiatives. Enthusiastic about learning and growing in the marketing field.
