Hoffman Parts & Warehouse, LLC (HPW) / Hoffman Comfort Products (HCP) division is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy eCommerce & Marketing Coordinator to manage and optimize our growing digital and print product catalog. This role is integral to our eCommerce operations and will be responsible for maintaining product information in our in-house Product Information Management (PIM) system, enhancing customer experience through effective site design and user flow, and supporting daily operations related to online order processing and customer account management, as well as expanding upon the company’s product knowledge. Commerce Responsibilities:
PIM Management:

Maintain and update product data in the internal PIM system, including specifications, pricing, attributes, descriptions, images, submittals, related products, and more.

Product Data Optimization:

Create and manage Excel spreadsheets to bulk upload and manage large product data sets efficiently.

HTML Content Management:

Code and update site content using HTML to ensure product listings and promotional content are accurately displayed, as well as help keep our “brands” page up to date with current brand partnerships.

Website UX & Design:

Assist in designing and updating the visual layout, style, and overall user experience of the eCommerce website. Candidate must be proficient in Canva and/or Adobe.

Customer Account Oversight:

Manage the customer registration process, including new account setup, approvals, and customer account updates.

Order Monitoring:

Oversee daily incoming orders to ensure proper processing, routing, and fulfillment with our warehouse team.

Discount & Promotion Administration:

Implement and manage customer-specific and promotional discount rules on the eCommerce platform.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to support eCommerce initiatives and campaigns.

Troubleshooting & Testing:

Identify and resolve product or site-related issues and participate in testing updates or new features monthly.

Key Marketing Responsibilities:
Print Catalog:

Monthly maintenance of the

HPW & HCP

Print Catalogs in PDF copy, adding new products and updating on the website using Canva graphic tools. Coordinate annual printing of the catalog, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Social Media Management:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Graphic Design:

Design flyers, promotional materials, and marketing assets using Canva graphic tools.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the company’s brand identity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Information Systems, or Graphic Design 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or online catalog management, or marketing Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, formulas, bulk uploads, CSV) Experience with
