Role Description:

In this role you support the sales team by contacting and engaging prospective clients via telephone, email, text, and direct mail to drive demand and help them achieve their monthly goals, by making sure that potential clients who might be interested in our products and services are detailed, scoped, and qualified, for the sales team. Then ensure that the sales team is scheduled to meet with the potential client one-on-one or in a group with relevant stake holders. Ultimately this role works directly with customers, sales, and marketing to co-ordinate appointments for the sales team. What is entailed and what is the opportunity. Initially this will be a locally based position in our Greenville or Charlotte location. Instant Imprints is an emerging franchise system with 50 locations throughout North America. There are operations in both Canada and the USA. We are establishing a new pilot business outreach program to support 2 locations in North and South Carolina. This role will report directly to the owner of Instant Imprints Charlotte and Greenville and will work collaboratively with the local store managers to drive new client acquisition, to help set sales appointments and complete quotes for our primarily mid-sized client base. The successful candidate will actively prospect for new Business clients via telephone, across western NC and SC utilizing the company sales system. Initially, this role will be 100% on site at either the Charlotte or Greenville store. After the initial trial period and if goals continue to be met we will consider remote. The Pre-sales function will contact, connect, and build relationships with the prospective clientele while scoping and qualifying the opportunity with the client, with the intention to help generate a sales meeting/appointment with the franchise location. All sales leads will be available to the incumbent. Success is measured based on successful appointment bookings each week. We are auditioning people with 1-3 years previous outbound tele-sales experience in a B2B environment is ideal.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer outreach, create awareness, and answer basic questions about our products and services. 2. Ensure and maintain detailed Call logs and notes in the CRM system including those that went unanswered. 3. Organizes workflow and appointment schedules/consultations by routing correspondence between the clients and sales reps. 4. Manages schedules by maintaining calendars for sales department personally and arranging meetings. 5. Attempt to re-connect with prospective clients you were unable to contact. 6. Nurture prospective clients with email content to build trust and relationships. 7. Maintain customer confidence via follow ups to ensure proper information flow. 8. Completing quotes as needed.

Persuasive and results oriented 6. Hunter mentality who likes to open new accounts and enjoys prospecting. 7. Well organized and efficient 8. Comfortable with CRM systems and Calendar management 9.

Microsoft Office Skills Compensation:

This role will be paid hourly and there will be a bonus for successful qualified appointments. As this is a special project, it will be a 3 month temporary position with an hourly rate of $20/hr. and a bonus per successful appointment, with on-target earnings in excess of $50k annually.
