The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the law firm’s business development and marketing efforts to attract and retain clients. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with attorneys and administrative staff to support the Firm’s objectives.
Essential Job Functions:
Work with business development managers, directors, and marketing team to support their projects. Serve as support to the Proposals Manager in the editing of pitch documents, and the compilation of necessary proposal data. Assist with local events, including client seminars, webinars, and conferences Assist with local sponsorships, including delivery of collateral materials and payment of invoices Collaborate with external vendors, such as graphic designers and printers, to execute marketing projects
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment; internships acceptable for experience Strong writing and editing skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Outgoing team player with excellent client service skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of the legal industry and terminology is a plus Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva is preferred; or the ability to learn the programs quickly
Educational and Experience Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in journalism, marketing, communications, English or similar field. Possess excellent organizational skills and strong technical skills in business applications including
