Full Job Description Overview:

The marketing coordinator will provide support and coordination of marketing and advertising tactics, digital initiatives and other communication activities. They will work collaboratively with agency partners and other marketing and communications team members to plan, execute and track marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Participate in development of marketing tactics and lead execution, including message development, consumer targeting and tracking of results; Work with internal and external agencies to oversee copywriting, design and media placement; Provide education and training to internal clients on marketing self-service tools including digital asset management and marketing templates; Respond to internal client needs and marketing requests that may require research and escalation as needed; Identify trends and process improvement opportunities; Provide operational support to the marketing communications department through project management, process improvement and other key tasks driving operational efficiency and effectiveness across the department. Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field, required.
Experience:
One year Marketing or advertising experience, required. One year Digital and email marketing, preferred. Additional Skills (required): Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills. Complex problem solving skills, attention to detail, and good decision-making ability. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to work effectively on multiple assignments concurrently. Ability to recognize, handle, and protect sensitive/confidential information. Ability to relate to a diverse group. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Additional Skills (preferred): Strong project management, communication, and operational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and directives simultaneously. Experience in evaluating and implementing process improvements for operational efficiency. Creativity in problem-solving Strong communication and relationship building skills. Lean six-sigma or agile methodology experience
