Job Description
Marketing & Sales Support Analyst D. Wilson Agency Charlotte, NC 28202 • Hybrid work This externally focused role helps maintain and grow the agency’s public presence through brand management, social media, email campaigns, marketing collateral, and basic web content updates. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure sales tools are on-brand and community engagement is visible and active.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage social media content, support creation of content Maintain branded marketing assets for the sales and leadership team (pitch decks, PDFs, Canva assets) Set up and monitor email marketing campaigns Coordinate stakeholder outreach materials, newsletters, and stakeholder updates Support basic website updates and coordination with external developers/designers Assist in logistics and promotion of key community engagement events and partnerships Conduct light research and writing to support branded thought leadership efforts Support Sales Lead with sales assets and materials
Key Tools:
Dripify or Mailchimp (or similar) Visme Hubspot Google Workspace LinkedIn Website CMS (Wix basic experience preferred) Requirements 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital content creation, or brand support Strong writing and editing skills with a clear, professional tone Proficient in Visme or similar tools for visual content creation Familiarity with scheduling in Hubspot for social media, and the campaigns Understanding of brand consistency and tone Basic experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Dripify, Mailchimp, or similar) Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on assigned tasks
