Overview:

The Premium Services Game Day Associate position will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to VIP guests, suite holders, and club members during NFL games, MLS matches, and special events at Bank of America Stadium. As a member of the Premium Services team, you’ll assist in operating and supporting luxury suites, suite clubs, membership clubs, and hospitality villages, ensuring all premium guests enjoy a seamless, first-class experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to suite holders, club members, and VIP guests in all premium spaces.
Greet and assist clients and guests upon arrival, offering wayfinding, general information, and support throughout the event.
Monitor and support the functionality, cleanliness, and readiness of assigned premium areas.
Assist with event setup, and breakdown.
Act as a liaison between clients and the Premium Services Team to ensure seamless communication and elevated guest experience.
Handle client inquiries or issues promptly and professionally, escalating to full-time staff as needed.
Represent Tepper Sports & Entertainment with professionalism and hospitality.

Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and performing light physical tasks (e.g., lifting supplies, setting up spaces)

Qualifications:

College Degree or actively pursuing a College Degree
Prior customer service, event operations, or hospitality experience preferred (experience in a premium or luxury setting is a plus).
Strength in teamwork, professionalism and time management
Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to follow directions independently.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in alignment with scheduled events. This job responsibility description is a broad overview of the position.
