The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both sales and marketing, with expertise in utilizing software for effective territory management and customer relationship management. This position will require up to 50% travel. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. Manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance performance. Utilize Salesforce software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze market trends. Oversee territory management to ensure optimal coverage and resource allocation. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for sales and upselling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with sales goals. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed. Foster relationships with key clients through direct sales efforts and inside sales techniques. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions for senior management.
