We’re looking for a driven and well-rounded Sales & Marketing Representative to join our Charlotte-based team and help us scale to the next level. This role uniquely combines sales responsibilities with marketing execution , making it ideal for someone who is strategic, people-oriented, and passionate about growth. Your Core Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities Develop and nurture qualified leads through email, calls, events, and personal outreach Build out detailed, accurate quotes and proposals using company pricing tools Understand and communicate product features, benefits, and installation processes to clients Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through close Track pipeline activity, deals, and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM Maintain and expand relationships with general contractors, municipalities, and facility managers Marketing Responsibilities Run email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and form automation using HubSpot Marketing Hub Manage and schedule social media posts (with support from creative) Attend and represent Replay Surfacing at trade shows, expos, and industry conferences Analyze performance metrics and contribute to content ideas, ad campaigns, and lead funnels Collaborate with internal teams to maintain branding and promotional materials What You Bring 2+ years of sales experience , ideally in B2B, construction, architecture, or outdoor/athletic surfacing Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience using HubSpot CRM and Marketing tools (or similar platforms) A self-starting mindset — you enjoy working independently and owning outcomes Technical curiosity or willingness to learn about surface installation methods and specs Ability to travel occasionally for regional job site visits, conventions, and networking events What We Offer Base salary (based on experience) + commission Bonus structure based on sales performance and marketing impact Opportunities to grow into Sales Manager or Marketing Director roles Supportive, entrepreneurial team culture where your ideas and initiative matter Flexible office/field schedule and exposure to multiple departments Ready to Grow With Us?
