Zephyr Development is a multifaceted development and hospitality company overseeing several brands, including Port City Marina, Marina Grill, Tequila’s Waterfront, Zephyr Developments, and The Marina District. Our businesses range from a luxury marina and high-end dining to real estate development and brand activation for a newly named waterfront district. We are seeking a creative and adaptable Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts across these brands while also assisting with general office tasks as needed.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Director in executing marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This role involves hands-on work in social media management, content creation, event promotion, and light administrative support. It’s ideal for a creative, organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Content Creation Create and schedule engaging social media content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Assist in maintaining brand websites by updating copy, imagery, and event info Help design promotional materials using Canva or Adobe tools Support the execution of email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp or similar) 2. Event & Brand Support Assist with the promotion of events at Marina Grill, Port City Marina, and Tequila’s Waterfront Coordinate on-site photo/video content for social media and promotional use Help manage community engagement initiatives and influencer collaborations 3. Administrative & Organizational Support Track marketing calendars and project timelines Organize and archive digital marketing assets Assist with marketing-related office tasks, including filing, supply management, and coordination with vendors Qualifications Experience in marketing, branding, or communications, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or tourism. Proficiency in social media platforms and content tools (e.g., Canva, Instagram, Meta Business Suite) Strong written communication and attention to detail Basic knowledge of graphic design, photography, or video editing a plus Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across multiple brands Flexibility to occasionally work evenings/weekends for events (with advance notice) Why Join Us?
