Job Description

BDC Representative 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 404 South Jake Alexander Boulevard, Salisbury, NC 28144 Business Development Center (BDC) Representative Team Automotive Group is seeking an experienced BDC Representative to join our dealership team in Salisbury, NC. In this role, you will engage with customers through phone, text, and email, supporting brands such as Chevrolet, GMC, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat. This is a great opportunity for a professional with prior BDC or call center experience in the automotive industry to contribute to a high-performing sales environment. This is a full-time, salaried position with a performance-based monthly bonus. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

Provide professional, concierge-level service to customers via inbound andmoutbound phone calls, text, and email Schedule customer appointments and follow up on appointment outcomes Accurately log all customer interactions into the dealership management system Collaborate with teammates to support a positive, team-oriented work environment Maintain an organized and clean work area Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
