Base Pay + Commissions Lumex is a staffing agency and we our hiring for a Direct Marketing and Sales Communications role in Raleigh, NC. This role is on-site daily and would require visiting local retailers to product products and services. Our client provides marketing, advertising, and consulting services for consumer products and commodities on local and national levels to increase sales and brand awareness. Job Overview This position would work closely with Our Client’s Marketing Manager’s to identify and develop new streams of revenue for our campaigns through unique face-to-face advertising strategies including sales, promotions, and innovative marketing solutions. In this time of digital interactions and with the loss of interpersonal communications between businesses and their consumers, our client has emphasized bringing theses communication and customer service strategies back to the forefront of marketing, by marketing directly to customers in a face-to-face environment. We are seeking a motivated and driven Marketing and Sales Communications Associate to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing communication strategies that enhance our client’s brand presence and engage our target audience, Retail Shoppers. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales and marketing skills, problem solving, leadership and analytical thinking to drive effective communication with our client’s Retail Marketing Campaigns. Duties Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create compelling presentations for face-to-face retail campaigns. Assist in the development and execution of performance marketing strategies to maximize outreach and engagement. Conduct research to identify market trends and audience preferences, informing marketing and sales strategies. Implement client best practices to enhance engagement and drive organic traffic. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights for continuous improvement. Support e-commerce initiatives by developing promotional content that drives sales and enhances customer experience. Manage advertising efforts ensuring alignment with overall marketing and sales objectives. Engage with customers by responding to inquiries and fostering positive interactions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in performance marketing, advertising or sales is highly desirable. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
