Job Description
This is a fast-paced, Hybrid/remote position and an opportunity for the right individual to be part of a dynamic and growing IT organization! Position Requirements & Responsibilities 1-3 years of professional experience working as a Marketing Assistant or Event Coordinator, ideally in the Information Technology space Experience with email marketing campaigns, trade shows, event planning and execution Planning vendor/client in office lunches & small seminars- Kitchen/Catering/Hospitality Ordering of General office supplies, & coordinating Trade show materials, FedEx & UPS receiving & shipping Extremely proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point Enthusiastic, detail oriented & self-motivated Good computer skills for generating reports viewing marketing metrics, extracting data and sharing information Working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs and features with experience in graphic design is helpful. Time management skills for juggling numerous time sensitive projects simultaneously Excellent interpersonal skills for representing the company in public and during partner events Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business or 2-3 years’ experience as a Marketing coordinator Work Conditions 40-hour week and availability during standard office hours expected Some local travel may be expected Computer-based position, sitting for extended periods of time (leading/attending virtual meetings) Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
