Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist with proven NEMT experience and healthcare relationship-building skills to drive our expansion across North Carolina. The ideal candidate will understand the ins and outs of the NEMT industry, from payer partnerships to compliance, and have a strong network of healthcare contacts including clinics, hospitals, rehab centers, dialysis units, and assisted living facilities. You’ll be the face of TedlaVIP to new clients, responsible for expanding our presence, closing contracts, and building long-term partnerships that help more patients get the care they need.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, dialysis centers, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, and government healthcare programs Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare administrators, case managers, and social workers Lead sales presentations, respond to RFPs, and negotiate service agreements Collaborate with our operations and dispatch teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients Represent TedlaVIP at healthcare networking events, conferences, and community outreach programs Create and execute strategic marketing campaigns tailored to the healthcare and Medicaid markets in NC Provide feedback from the field to help us continuously improve our service offerings Track outreach efforts using CRM tools and provide weekly sales reports to leadership
Qualifications:
2+ years of NEMT industry experience required (preferred: with a provider or broker like ModivCare, WellRyde, or similar) Experience selling to or working with healthcare facilities in North Carolina Strong understanding of Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and managed care organizations Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive measurable results Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client meetings Bonus Points if
