SUMMARY:

Your core responsibilities include wine club management as well as social and digital marketing. Each of these areas plays a vital role in driving customer engagement, brand visibility, and long-term loyalty, all of which are central to our mission.

OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS

Wine Club Management includes: Coordinating all aspects of wine club communications, shipments, and member relations Supporting wine club events, ensuring strong execution and presence Providing timely and accurate information to members, answering questions, and creating a high-touch, personalized experience Collaborating with the team to track growth metrics and identify opportunities for member acquisition and retention Social & Digital Marketing includes: Managing a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the overall goals of the business, ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and voice across all channels Developing and executing a content calendar that supports campaigns, seasonal promotions, events, product launches, and storytelling initiatives Creating compelling, brand-aligned content including graphics, video, and written posts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and email marketing Capturing and curating photo and video content from events, the vineyard, winemaking process, and behind-the-scenes moments to deepen customer connection and brand storytelling Monitoring performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) to optimize content and campaign strategy Managing a public relations campaign, including outreach to media outlets, coordination of press releases, and building relationships with writers and editors to gain exposure Coordinating influencer partnerships, identifying brand-aligned creators, overseeing deliverables, and ensuring measurable impact from collaborations Engaging with our online community through timely responses, thoughtful interaction, and proactive outreach to help foster brand loyalty and visibility Working closely with leadership to ensure all marketing efforts are cohesive and in service of larger business objectives
